3 Unique Ways The Whole Box Makes Clean Eating More Fun

I received a complimentary box for this review.  All opinions are my own.

Clean eating can feel monotonous if you don’t branch out and try new things.  I have tried quite a few subscription boxes in recent months, searching for the best way to simplify meal planning and shopping. My friend Melanie reached out to me and asked if I would like to try The Whole Box, and I quickly said YES!

The Whole Box has arrived!

What’s different about The Whole Box is that it’s not a dinner kit, but instead is filled with 5-7 full-size food-related items such as snacks, spices, sauces, and other cooking supplies that are gluten free, sugar free, soy free, dairy free.  Each items is specifically chosen to support your clean eating in a delicious way.

I loved everything in my box and even found some new favorite items!  I could easily see the value in this subscription service and how it can enhance your meal plan in so many ways.  Here are a few.

A bunch of goodies I’ve never tried before!

1.  You Get Introduced to New Things

There are so many choices and products at the grocery store that it seems easier to stick to what you know you like.  I’m always thinking that I don’t want to waste my money on something I may not like, so I may as well just stick with my usual ingredients.  What I like about The Whole Box is that you know you’re going to be getting something that already has a “stamp of approval” on it.  I personally know Melanie, the owner of The Whole Box, and she an awesome sense for recipes and good food, so I would fully trust something that she recommends.  You know it’s going to be something of good quality.

THIS.IS.AMAZING. It’s great with fruit, on toast, and basically on anything.  It’s sooooooo delicious and I never would have known unless I got it in The Whole Box!

2.  You Get to be Surprised

Part of the fun is the surprise of opening your box and the anticipation of wondering what you will be getting.  This brings me out of my comfort zone in a good way.  Since you don’t pick your box items yourself, you might be getting something you never would have tried otherwise.  It pushes you to look into new recipes for how to incorporate the new ingredient (and you can usually find some inspiration on The Whole Box Blog).  Some snacks I never would have considered buying ended up being AWESOME!

I was VERY surprised at how much I loved this sauce! I’ve used it on nachos and mixed it in with meat while I’m cooking.

3.  You Get to Add to Your Arsenal of Food Awesomeness

Some of the items in your box will last a long time, such as the spices and sauces.  You don’t just get to use them once, but over and over!  To me this adds a lot of value to the box.  You get to build up your pantry with a variety of items that will help you spice up your meals for the foreseeable future!  One of my favorite items from the box was this set of measuring cups and measuring spoons.  I love the design and how compact they are.  I use measuring cups constantly so I appreciated this addition a lot.  And the Deep River Spice Rub is something I’ve been able to use over and over.

The Whole Box is the monthly pick-me-up you didn’t know you needed.  Just when you are thinking you might give up on your meal plan, you get reinforcements!  I appreciate the hard work that The Whole Box puts into choosing the best products and ingredients that will fit into many types of healthy lifestyles and nutrition needs.  Give them a try by subscribing at The Whole Box website.  Your taste buds will thank you.
